We offer free first class Royal Mail shipping on all orders over £15.00. Shipping on orders below £15.00 is charged at £2.95 for first class Royal Mail delivery.

We aim to ship all orders received before 1pm on the same day. Orders received after that time will be shipped on the next working day.

We ship to UK post codes (including BFPO) only.

We check all orders carefully before they are dispatched but sometimes things do go wrong. Please let us know as soon as you can if you receive a faulty item from us so that we can either replace or refund the item. We may ask you to return the item to us for checking. Please contact us via our contact form to advise of a problem with any item you have received from us.

If you simply change your mind after your order has been dispatched to you we are happy for you to return the item to us within 30 days for a refund provided that the product is returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of the return shipping.
