Cats in Charge do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

c. We only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent by joining our opt-in mailing lists. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number and email address. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We will always ensure that the information we hold will be accurate and up to date.

What information do we hold on you?

If you have purchased goods from us then the information we hold on you may include your name and address, contact telephone numbers and email addresses. This information is needed for the purposes of providing you with quotations/invoices for goods supplied by us.

If you have signed up for our mailing list but have not purchased from us the only information that we hold is your email address.

Who do we share information with?

If you purchase goods from us it will be necessary to share your personal information with one of our delivery services. The data shared is limited to what is needed to facilitate delivery of your order.

We will never sell your details to any third party.

How long will we keep your information for?

If we sold you goods and received payment for those goods then we are obliged to keep records for 7 years to comply with current HMRC tax regulations. If you subscribed to our mailing list your information will be kept until you unsubscribe from the list.
